EXCHANGES & RETURNS: 

  • At PrettyRichh co, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please review our refund and exchange policy to ensure clarity on our processes

REFUNDS:

  • We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

  • All sales are considered final, with no exceptions.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer exchanges unless items are damaged (hole, tear/rip, stains etc). In the rare case we will offer exchange or store credit for eligible items. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    • Items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Lace items

    • White clothing

    • Sale items

    • Bathing suits

    • All items marked as FINAL SALE

  • Exchange Request Timeline:

    • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

    • After 3 days has passed, we will no longer be able to review any claims regarding your purchased products.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange:

    1. Contact us via email at prettyrichhco@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.

    2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your preferred resolution (exchange or store credit).

    3. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and for shipping the exchanged item.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We do not reimburse shipping fees.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME: 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • We ship Monday-Friday unless it is stated as a “Pre-Order” item which will ship between the dates stated in the description panel.

  • During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier

  • All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.

Tracking Information

  • Please allow up to 24 business hours for USPS to update tracking information after your package has been dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service.

Preorders

  • For preordered items, please allow 7-14 business days for shipping once the item becomes available.

  • Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.

  • Be sure to also take into account that delays are possible and out of our control. However, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • PrettyRichh co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is missing, please contact USPS to file a claim. For additional assistance, you can contact us at prettyrichhco@gmail.com

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to PrettyRichh co due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
